Job summary

Distinct | North America, Las Vegas, is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice. You’ll work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across Nevada, collaborating with developers, investors, property owners and businesses.

The role requires strong drafting, 3+ years of CRE experience, and direct client interaction, with a base salary in the six figures plus bonus, and a hybrid work arrangement.

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience.

• Experience dealing directly with clients.

$160,000–$250,000 base + bonus

An established and growing business law practice is looking to add a Real Estate Attorney to its Las Vegas team.

You’ll work directly with developers, investors, property owners and businesses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions across Nevada.

The practice includes:

• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Commercial leasing
• Land use and entitlement matters
• Related disputes and negotiations

We’re interested in attorneys with:

• 3+ years of commercial real estate experience
• Strong transactional drafting skills
• Experience dealing directly with clients
• Excellent academic and professional credentials
