Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active Delaware Bar admission (or ability to waive in).
• 1+ years of real estate experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in residential and commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, deeds, and closing documents.
