Capstone Law LLC in Conshohocken, PA, seeks a Pennsylvania and New Jersey licensed commercial real estate and finance attorney with 1–3 years of experience to join our growing practice. You will handle the full transaction lifecycle from drafting to closing.

The ideal candidate is proficient with office software, highly organized, and capable of coordinating complex closings, title reviews, and loan documents across CRE and corporate matters. This is a full-time in-office role.

Qualifications

• Active PA and NJ bar admission required.
• 1–3 years of commercial real estate and financing transaction experience.
• Excellent command of Word, Excel, PDF tools and office software.
• Strong organization, multi-tasking, and writing skills.
• Knowledge of title and survey concepts is essential.

Capstone Law seeks a Pennsylvania and New Jersey licensed commercial real estate and finance attorney with at least 1-3 years experience in commercial real estate and financing transactions to join our growing Conshohocken-based law firm. Required experience includes drafting and negotiating agreements of sale, loan documents, construction contracts, easements, operating agreements and handling other similar commercial real estate, loan, and corporate transactions from start to finish.

Candidates should be highly proficient in word processing, using Word, Excel, PDF/Adobe and similar Office-suite software. Candidates must be highly organized, efficient, and able to multi-task. Substantive knowledge of title and survey concepts and the ability to review and abstract title commitments, legal descriptions, underlying matters of record, and surveys is critical and required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also important.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drafting leases, agreements of sale, and similar documents based on precedents.
• Drafting loan documents and other such matter for financing transactions.
• Organizing real estate acquisition, sale, and financing closings.
• Preparing and “running” closing checklists.
• Preparing and processing signature packets and closing documents.
• Assembling closing indexes and binders.
• Facilitating communications between transaction counterparties and their counsel(s).
