Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters — acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, leasing, and development projects.
• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Running title, survey, and zoning due diligence; coordinating with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to close deals.
