Job summary

- Three to six years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex transactions, coordinate closings and draft/negotiate principal transaction documents.
- Negotiate, document and close mortgage, mezzanine and other secured lending transactions.
- Represent borrowers and/or lenders in commercial real estate financing transactions.
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and joint venture structures is preferred.
