Formación

• 3–5 years of commercial real estate experience with strong leasing and acquisitions exposure.
• Experience advising institutional landlords or national retail tenants preferred.
• Admitted to practice in New York.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate retail, office, and industrial leases including ground leases.
• Lead acquisitions and development projects across national markets.
• Conduct due diligence and oversee title/survey, environmental, and zoning matters.
• Manage client expectations and communications on high-volume transactions.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional legal team including zoning, land use, and permitting specialists.
