Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant commercial real estate experience at a law firm.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating Joint Venture Agreements.
• Solid background in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and financings.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on complex Joint Venture Agreements and related documents.
• Assist with real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financings, including due diligence.
• Support senior Partners on real estate finance transactions.
