Job summary

Illinois Defense Counsel in Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, or Boston is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join its team with a hybrid schedule and remote work two days per week. Ideal candidates have at least two years in transactional commercial real estate, including title and survey review and closing of purchases, sales, borrowings and leases. The salary range is $160,000 - $205,000 and a strong benefits package is offered including 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate, including familiarity with title and survey review and the negotiation and closing of transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing and leasing.

Responsibilities

• Join Real Estate practice group; work on complex deals as part of a team.
• Develop to manage transactions independently over time.
