Job description

Real Estate Associate – Hybrid from Hartford, New Haven, Stamford or Boston

We are seeking an attorney to join our Real Estate practice group in our Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, or Boston offices, with the ability to work remotely two days per week. Candidates should have a minimum of two years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate, including familiarity with title and survey review and the negotiation and closing of transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing and leasing. Candidates must be self-starters, have the desire to grow in responsibility and ultimately manage transactions, and have experience working as a member of a team on complex deals. The salary range for this position is $160,000 - $205,000. Salary determinations are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, length of past work experience, type of past work experience, the transferability of past work experience to the current position, full or part-time employment status, practice group and geographic location.
