Top Echelon LLC, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice. The position targets a mid-level attorney with 2–6 years of substantive real estate experience to handle sophisticated transactions.

Qualified candidates hold a JD from a top-tier law school, Florida Bar admission in good standing, and have strong research, drafting, and negotiating skills. Hybrid work arrangement and growth opportunities are offered.

Competenze

• JD from a top-tier law school and Florida Bar Admission in good standing are required.
• 2–6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions.
• Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders preferred.
• Experience with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and leases.

• Prior practical business experience in commercial real estate is a plus.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level attorney to take on meaningful responsibility, work with a diverse client base, and gain hands-on experience in sophisticated real estate transactions.

Candidate Profile

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in Florida, in good standing
• 2-6 years of substantive experience in real estate transactions
• Experience representing developers, owners, investors, and lenders infinancing, development, and investmentmatters preferred
• Demonstrated experience with loans, joint ventures, entity documents, and leases
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently on client matters and collaboratively within a team environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Prior practical business experience in the commercial real estate industry is a plus

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Salary: Expected annual salary range of $160,000-$200,000, as determined by experience and market factors
