Job summary

Aligned Talent Acquisition is assisting a leading AmLaw 200 firm in Atlanta that seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney. The role focuses on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing for developers, investors, lenders, and owners.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of relevant experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and a J.D.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and real estate finance.
• Representing developers, investors, property owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, and institutional clients.
• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, loan documents and other real estate agreements.
• Experience handling title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transactions from negotiations through closing.
• Draft and negotiate complex real estate documents.
• Coordinate due diligence and title/survey review.
• Interface with clients and provide top-tier service.
• Collaborate with corporate, finance, tax, and litigation teams.
