Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent in Utah to grow real estate skills while earning through field events. This role lets you show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections on your own schedule with no mandatory closings.

You’ll work remotely in the field, attract customers, and access free, optional educational services to enhance your skills. As an independent contractor, you’ll receive a flat-rate payment per field event and maintain flexibility to fit your market and lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.
