Redfin Corporation seeks an Associate Agent to grow skills and work on your schedule while earning in real estate without closing a transaction. You’ll show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections, setting your own hours and workload.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn a flat-rate payment per field event. A state real estate license is required, along with MLS/REALTOR affiliation, reliable transport, and the ability to travel within your market. Remote field work is supported.
