Job summary

Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help clients buy and sell homes on a flexible, contractor basis. You will show homes, host open houses, attend inspections, and work remotely in the field with control over your schedule.

There is no sales pressure, contracts, or closings required. You will earn a flat-rate payment per field event and may access free, optional educational services to grow your skills.

Qualifications

• Real estate license must be held in the working state.
• Willing to affiliate license exclusively with Redfin.
• Must have smartphone, laptop and GPS or be willing to obtain them.
• Willingness to join MLS and local Realtor Association.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within your market.

Responsibilities
