Redfin is seeking an Associate Agent to help buyers and sellers on your own schedule. You will show homes, host open houses, and attend inspections, earning a flat-rate payment per field event as an independent contractor.

Set your own hours, work remotely in the field, and avoid office visits. You’ll need an active state license, MLS membership, and reliable transportation to cover your market area.
