Job summary

Hydrogen Group, a leading global law firm in New York, seeks a mid-to-senior real estate associate to join its US commercial real estate practice. You will own deals from start to close, working directly with partners and clients.

Responsibilities include financing, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and development matters, with drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, JV agreements and leases. Admission to the New York bar is required.

• 6 to 8 years of commercial real estate experience, with financing work a core part of it.

This is a role for someone ready to own deals. You would run commercial real estate transactions from start to closing, working directly with partners and clients rather than sitting at the edge of a large team.

The work

• Commercial real estate financings, including mortgage, mezzanine and construction loans

• Drafting and negotiating loan documents, purchase and sale agreements, JV agreements and leases
