Job summary

Our Atlanta based law firm client seek a junior associate with zero to three years of real estate experience to focus exclusively on retail real estate in their Washington, DC office.

Primary job duties will include drafting and negotiating leases (representing both landlords and tenants), purchase and sale agreements (representing both buyers and sellers), reciprocal easement agreements, and handling other aspects of commercial transactions involving retail businesses and the related real estate.

Prior leasing and purchase and sale experience is helpful but not required. Candidates should have strong academic and excellent communication skills.
