Job summary

5 Legal is seeking an associate to join its Real Property Practice Group in the Seattle or Bellevue offices. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, and finance.

An emphasis on financing experience and strong title and survey experience is preferred. The candidate should be able to work independently and support client teams on complex transactions.

Top 50 AmLaw firm seeks an associate to join its Real Property Practice Group in their Seattle or Bellevue offices.

Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, finance, real estate joint ventures, and land development projects. An emphasis on financing experience and prior law firm experience is preferred as well as strong title and survey experience and an ability to work with our paralegals.
