Job summary

5 Legal seeks an associate to join its Real Property Practice Group in the Seattle or Bellevue offices. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, finance, real estate joint ventures, and land development projects.

An emphasis on financing experience, strong title and survey expertise, and the ability to work with paralegals and supervising attorneys is preferred.
