Job summary

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level to senior Real Estate Associate to join its growing real estate practice in either Philadelphia or Miami. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-value commercial real estate matters with a collaborative and respected national practice.

Ideal candidates will have a J.D. from an accredited law school, at least 3 years of transactional real estate experience (big law preferred), and strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of 3 years of transactional real estate experience.
• Experience from a large law firm preferred, though strong candidates from boutique or mid-sized firms will be considered.
• Demonstrated experience with commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently and work effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions.
• Address land use and zoning matters and commercial leasing transactions.
• Take ownership of smaller matters while contributing to larger, complex transactions with institutional clients, developers, investors, lenders, and others.

Role Overview
