Job summary

BCG Attorney Search is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join the practice group with flexibility to work remotely two days per week. The role is based in Hartford, New Haven, Stamford, or Boston, with hybrid work arrangements that support remote work two days per week.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of transactional commercial real estate experience, JD degree, and be licensed to practice in the applicable state. Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two to three years of experience in transactional commercial real estate.
• Ability to manage transactions independently.
• Experience working effectively as part of a team.
