Job summary

Gamoran Legal Consulting in the United States is seeking a mid-level commercial real estate associate to join its nationally expanding real estate practice. The role involves advising institutional investors, developers, and private equity clients on sophisticated CRE matters across jurisdictions.

You will work on acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leases, and related due diligence while collaborating with cross-office teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic credentials.
• 4–6 years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm.
• Bar admission in the state of location preference, or ability to become admitted promptly.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
• Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across office, retail, logistics, healthcare/senior living, student housing, hospitality, and data centers.
• Purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, commercial leases, and joint venture agreements.
• Title, survey, environmental, and zoning due diligence.
• Real estate development projects from entitlement through completion.
• Day-to-day operational matters, including lease amendments, assignments, subleases, and tenant issues.
• Cross-disciplinary matters involving tax, construction, planning & zoning, and other practice areas.

What You'll Work On
