Principle Recruiting is partnering with one of California's premier real estate law firms on its search for a Real Estate Finance Associate in Century City, Los Angeles, or Orange County.

The firm's real estate finance group represents both lenders and borrowers across the full life cycle of a deal, including construction lending, conduit and securitized loans, ground lease financing, loan servicing matters, and workouts. The team has long-standing relationships with leading financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, REITs, and investment funds, and represents several of the largest conduit lenders in the country.
