The successful candidate will lead the asset management team, collaborate with acquisitions and finance, and execute value-creation plans. Cincinnati relocation is required for full-time, on-site work.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience in commercial real estate asset management.
• Proven track record of improving asset performance and maximizing investment returns.
• Experience developing and executing asset-level business plans.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, capital planning and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with refinancing, dispositions and major capital events.
• Exposure to value-add, redevelopment or repositioning strategies.
• Experience overseeing third-party property management and leasing providers.
• Strong understanding of leasing strategy, rental positioning and operating performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans across the portfolio, including asset positioning and capital investment strategies.
• Drive NOI growth, occupancy, rental growth, efficiency and long-term asset value.
• Identify redevelopment, capital improvements, leasing initiatives and cost reduction opportunities.
• Monitor market fundamentals and asset-level decision making.
• Lead annual property business plans, operating budgets and forecasts.
• Evaluate capital investments and oversee major capital programs.
• Maintain focus on cash flow and investment returns across assets.
• Participate in refinancing, dispositions and other capital events.
• Partner with acquisitions to provide asset management perspective during underwriting and due diligence.
• Support transition planning after acquisitions and ensure effective plan execution.
• Provide senior oversight of property management and leasing teams; drive leasing strategy and tenant retention.
• Ensure regular property visits and performance reviews across the portfolio.
• Lead and develop asset and property management teams; establish performance standards and reporting.
