Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate or related field.
• Two years journey-level real estate appraisal experience.
• Equivalent training and experience as approved by the department.
• Professional education equivalent to IAAO courses 101,102,151,300,311.

Responsibilities

• Understand mass appraisal fundamentals.
• Appraise real property using sales data.
• Codify sales in CAMA with local and state codes.
• Perform field inspections to measure and record building features.
• Develop and maintain valuation models.
• Prepare formal assessment reports and narratives.
