Job summary

SitusAMC is offering a full-time temporary in-office internship beginning in January 2027 in our West Des Moines office. Students will take a semester off and work with the commercial real estate team on national client projects, learning the three approaches to value and assisting with appraisal reports.

Applicants should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, or Finance, with strong communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Working toward a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, or Finance.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Assist with valuations and appraisal reviews under supervision.
• Support workflow management to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Help develop appraisal and consulting reports and other deliverables.
• Coordinate with market participants, clients, and coworkers.
• Research property and market information and analyze data.
