Duties:
Handle legal matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions
Provide legal counsel on commercial financing matters, including secured lending
Assist with tax assessment appeals and zoning matters
Draft and review contracts, financing agreements, and real estate documents
Support clients with title, bond, and related issues
Collaborate with partners and associates on complex real estate and business transactions
Participate in client development and relationship management initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate law and/or commercial financing
Demonstrated knowledge of Pennsylvania real estate and zoning regulations
Familiarity with title, bond, or tax assessment law is a plus
Ability to manage client matters with a high level of autonomy and professionalism
Education:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
Good standing with the Pennsylvania State Bar
