Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of properties to determine accurate rental potential and ROI projections
  • Interpret complex real estate data and present findings in accessible formats for clients
  • Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents and potential buyers
  • Proactively identify trends in the market to enhance our analytical models
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer experience and service delivery
  • Ensure Fairly is delivering best-in-class customer service by maintaining a high standard of support and communication
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Comfortable navigating both data-heavy tasks and relationship-building conversations
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Knowledge of real estate market dynamics (beneficial but not required)
