Role Overview:

This position supports a Deal Manager, performing activities including financial analysis and structuring of multifamily mortgages, analyst duties for the national GSE production team, collaboration with Berkadia divisions, and project assistance in growing the firm’s mortgage banking production. Responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with Berkadia’s mortgage banking network about products and policies.
2. Collaborating with credit teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
3. Providing analyst duties for the agency origination team, including reviewing, sizing, and pricing transactions, communicating with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, drafting quotes and internal memos, and reviewing loan data.
4. Reviewing market information to evaluate loan opportunities and support platform development.
5. Participating in process improvements and technological initiatives.
6. Staying current on GSE housing programs, policies, and legislation, with regular training participation.
7. Performing other duties as assigned.

Work Location:

• Preferred locations: Chevy Chase, MD; Dallas, TX; Brentwood, TN; Atlanta, GA.
• Hybrid work preferred; remote considered based on experience.

Qualifications:
