Responsibilities

Build, refine, and maintain financial models to underwrite acquisition opportunities.
Support due diligence with analysis, modeling, and materials organization.
Assist in preparing investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform market research, demand studies, and budgeting for self-storage projects.
Develop understanding of properties, markets, and deal structures to support decisions.
Support asset management activities after close.
Produce ad hoc reports and analysis for home office and departments.
