How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related advanced field
- 5+ years of experience in real estate analytics, site selection, or commercial development
- Experience in the location-based entertainment industry, retail, or hospitality
- Knowledge of tools like Google Earth Engine or SQL for database querying
