Job summary

The Real Estate Analyst for the State of Arkansas gathers, analyzes, and interprets market data to support investment decisions and portfolio management across state-owned and leased properties. You will build financial models, evaluate property values, and coordinate statewide commercial lease transactions while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws during negotiations and renewals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in real estate analysis, financial analysis, or related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, market research, property valuation, and due diligence.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with Excel and financial software.
  • Arkansas Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
  • Valid driver's license.
