  • 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate development, acquisitions, investments, or related discipline.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Fundamental understanding of real estate transactions and investment analysis.

Location: Columbia, MD Employment Type: Full-Time

We have partnered with a leading residential land development platform is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to support acquisitions, development, and investment professionals in evaluating and executing residential land development opportunities. This role offers exposure across the full lifecycle of land investments, including underwriting, due diligence, market analysis, development planning, and asset management.

Responsibilities
