Job summary

MetLife Investment Management (MIM) is seeking an Analyst to support the Northeast Regional Office Asset Management team. You will assist with budgeting, leasing, valuations, and reporting for a portfolio of commercial properties, including office, retail, multi-family and industrial assets.

This hybrid role requires in-office presence at least 3 days per week and offers a competitive salary with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have BA/BS in a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in modeling and financial analysis.
• Experience using AI tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and expense management to maximize asset performance.
• Support lease analysis, negotiations, and contract preparation with legal and external partners.
• Oversee asset valuations including third-party appraisals.
