Job summary

MetLife Investment Management (MIM) is seeking an Analyst to support the Global Client Group with data-driven insights and performance analytics. You will partner with leadership to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and advance AI-enabled solutions across institutional client activities.

You will analyze sales data, AUM, flows, and client trends; develop dashboards; manage pipeline analytics; and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management skills with experience handling large datasets.
• Proficiency with AI tools, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and pipeline reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, AUM, flows, and client trends to identify risks, opportunities, and insights.
• Lead end-to-end reporting and analytics, delivering accurate, timely, and executive-ready BI.
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and trackers to improve visibility and decision-making.
