Real Estate Agent - We Supply 10-20+ Buyer & Seller Leads Every Week

Join Amo Realty, a small but dynamic real estate brokerage in Tennessee, providing our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming leads weekly. Our proven system helps keep agents fully booked in the competitive Tennessee real estate market, offering leads for residential buyers, sellers, renters, and commercial properties.

Our strategy focuses on high-volume leads, with one agent closing a $22 million sale from our system. We have maintained this effective lead system since 2007, primarily serving a small group of agents with under-water leads.

Leads

Each agent receives 10-20+ leads weekly from various sources, including Zillow. We also provide incoming seller leads and options for luxury rental listings and renters.

Commercial Leads

Our commercial leads include lease opportunities for office, restaurant, retail, industrial spaces, and larger investor leads.

Split Structure

Agents start with a 75% split for their own leads for the first 3 years, with a $5,000 cap. After 3 years, agents retain 100% of their earnings from their own leads. We also provide clients at a 50/50 split, and agents buy or sell their own properties at a 100% split.

Long-term agents (10-15+ years) rarely need leads but can receive backup support when needed. Our system has no catch—no desk or transaction fees—and relies on low turnover, with our first hire from 2007 still active.
