Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage providing our agents with at least 10-20+ incoming leads weekly, helping them stay fully booked in the busy New Hampshire real estate market. Our lead system is rare and highly effective, supporting various types of leads including residential buyers, sellers, renters, and commercial real estate across all of New Hampshire. We are also hiring in our Massachusetts offices.

Our proven strategy involves high-volume leads. For example, one agent closed a $22 million sale from our leads. This sustainable system is designed for a small, dedicated group.

Leads

Each agent receives at least 10+ leads weekly from diverse sources, including Zillow, using a system established in 2007 that remains effective. We focus on underwater leads.

Residential leads

We are flooded with residential buyer leads and also provide incoming seller leads. There are opportunities to handle luxury apartment rentals and listings.

Commercial leads

Our commercial leads mainly involve lease opportunities for office space, restaurants, retail, industrial properties, and larger investor leads.

Split Info

Initial commission splits for agents' own leads start at 75% for the first 3 years, with a $5,000 cap. After 3 years, agents retain 100% of their own leads after reaching the cap. We offer a 50/50 split on client leads and a 100% split for agents buying or selling their own properties. Long-term agents (10-15+ years) are supported with leads as needed.

There are no desk fees or transaction fees—this is genuine.

Our lead system relies on low turnover; we have very few staff changes since 2007, and we seek committed agents who will close sales and stay long-term.
