Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, real estate professionals, and industry contacts to generate leads and referrals.
- Prepare and present offers, negotiate contracts, and ensure all documentation complies with legal and company standards.
- Stay up-to-date with local market trends, property values, and neighborhood developments to provide accurate advice to clients.
- Collaborate with mortgage lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Utilize marketing strategies, including online listings and social media, to promote properties and increase visibility.
Qualifications
- Studying for or have a valid real estate license in the state of Louisiana
- Strong knowledge of local real estate market trends in Mandeville and surrounding areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and MLS systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining client confidentiality
