Edina Realty in Aitkin, MN is seeking a Real Estate Agent—new or existing—to join a scalable platform that supports growth with branding, technology, and training. Schedule your own hours, with 30–50 hours per week, and compensation through commission.

This full-time or part-time role offers licensing reimbursement, flexible scheduling, and access to a national network through HomeServices of America, plus a wealth enhancement plan to help you build your business from day one.

Compensation: $75,000 – $500,000 per year
