Realty One Group Next Level in Southern New Hampshire is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Agent to jump-start a career with ready-made buyer and seller opportunities through Zillow Flex, OpCity, and Realtor.com.

You will receive in-person mentorship, participate in training sessions, and operate under a 100% commission model to build a personal real estate business with strong local support.

Qualifications

• Holds or is actively preparing for a New Hampshire real estate salesperson license.
• Motivated to follow a proven system and learn quickly.
• Eager to collaborate in person and contribute to a supportive office culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead Response: follow up promptly with buyer and seller opportunities from Zillow Flex, OpCity, and Realtor.com.
• Mentorship & Training: participate in hands-on coaching and workshops with leadership.
• Showings & Transactions: host property tours, present offers, guide clients through transactions.
• System Building: use BrokerKit and Constant Contact to organize follow-up and build habits.
