Century 21 Action Plus Realty in Little Egg Harbor, NJ is seeking Real Estate Agents, whether you are new to the field or already licensed. We offer award-winning training to get you licensed, productive, and profitable quickly, with leads from day one and comprehensive marketing tools.

Your day centers on people and deals: prospect for buyers and sellers, schedule showings, present and negotiate offers, and guide clients through financing and closing.

Formación

• No experience required; we train Real Estate Agents from the ground up.
• Be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect for buyers and sellers by phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and run property showings; present and negotiate offers.
• Guide clients through financing and inspections; manage contracts from accepted offer through closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, coaching, and continuing education.
