• No experience required; we train Real Estate Sales Associates from the ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsabilités

• Prospect for home buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Schedule and conduct showings, present and negotiate purchase offers, guide clients through financing and inspections, and manage contracts from accepted offer to closing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and ongoing continuing education.
