Redfin is seeking licensed real estate agents to join an opportunity-rich team in the Charleston market. You will leverage Redfin’s platform, its customers and support structure to maximize earnings while maintaining high service standards.

You’ll access 100 new Redfin customers annually, use a proprietary CRM, and work with a transaction coordinator and listing/showing teams to manage deals efficiently. Earnings are commission-based with uncapped potential.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience.
• Ability to travel within your market.
• Trusted advisor with home buying/selling experience.
• Proven track record of winning web leads and closing deals.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Embrace technology to build your business and collaborate efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage your client pipeline using Redfin CRM and stay in touch with buyers and sellers.
