Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted real estate license.
• Reliable mode of transportation and ability to travel within your market.
• Minimum of 1 year residential real estate sales experience, ideally with closed transactions.
• Trusted advisor with in-depth experience leading clients through the home buying and selling process.
• Proven track record of winning web leads, closing deals, and earning referral business.

Responsibilities

• Leverage Redfin’s CRM to manage your deals and stay in touch with your pipeline.
• Receive support from a transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, and showing agents.
• Inside sales books opportunities and helps schedule showings; you handle the client side.
• Convert leads into clients and close transactions with Redfin-generated opportunities.
