Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and execute PLACE lead-generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers; track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly and convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities; engage in coaching sessions.
