Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE graduation requirements
• Use PLACE lead generation to call prospective buyers
• Analyze buyer preferences and sign buyer agreements
• Mediate between buyers and sellers and negotiate offers
• Record tasks on PLACE Technology
• Host eight open houses per month
• Book appointments with lead-gen systems
• Practice daily sales scripting
• Participate in team activities and coaching sessions
• Advise sellers on pricing strategies and staging
• Market homes to buyers
