Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch or equivalent onboarding program.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements, identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly coaching and trainings.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes.
• Demonstrate pricing strategies, staging, and listing-related services.
