Qualifications

• No real estate experience required; we train from ground up.
• Must be 18 or older and able to obtain a New Jersey Real Estate License (we'll help you get there).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be willing to complete complimentary onboarding training through Century 21 Action Plus Realty.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for buyers and sellers through phone, text, email, and community networking.
• Show properties, present and negotiate offers, guide clients through financing and inspection, and manage contracts through closing.
