This commission-only role offers potential earnings ranging from $75,000 to $200,000 or more annually, with no cap on commissions. Ideal candidates will hold an active Texas real estate license and possess strong sales and communication skills to thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• An active and unrestricted Texas real estate license and are located in the greater San Antonio area.
• Some residential real estate transaction experience with at least 4+ closed transactions in the last twelve months.
• Strong communication skills to engage with customers and colleagues - both written and oral.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality seller appointments.
• Leverage Orchard's unique client products to close deals.
• Participate in coaching and mentorship offered by master trainers.
