Qualifications

• Active Florida real estate license or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred.
• Full-time commitment including evenings and weekends.
• Responsive, organized, coachable and accountable.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take ownership of results.

Responsibilities

• Convert qualified appointments into closings following the proven process.
• Prepare for every appointment and serve clients throughout the cycle.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships to maximize opportunities.
• Collaborate with the team and leverage provided tech and support to succeed.
